The listing provided at the link below identifies firearm(s) confiscated by the Carrollton Township Police Department pursuant to MCL 28.434 and MCL 750.239. If you are claiming ownership of any firearm(s) listed, please notify us within thirty (30) days of the date of public notice. You must show proof of ownership.

 

In addition to your ownership claim, you must be authorized to possess firearms. If no valid ownership claim is received by the Carrollton Township Police Department by 5:00pm, Friday, May 10, 2024, the firearms listed will be disposed of.
