CARROLLTON TOWNSHIP BOARD SPECIAL MEETING Tuesday, May 31, 2005
Roll Call: Supervisor Kozara Present Clerk Finazzi Present Treasurer Riley Present Trustee Stork Present Trustee Dalton Present
There being a full board, Supervisor Kozara called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Also in attendance: Police Chief Craig Oatten, Fire Chief Tom Czerniak, DPS Superintendent Debby Lopez and Assistant Office Manager Megan King.
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING:
1. Approve May Accounts Payable
It was moved by Finazzi and supported by Stork to approve payment of the May 2005 Accounts Payable for the amount of $185,949.72. There being all ayes, the motion carried.
2. If all board members are present: Any other business, which might lawfully come before the board at a regular meeting MCLs 41.72a(4) and 42.7(4)].
It was moved by Riley and supported by Dalton to appoint Kozara and Lopez as representatives, Stork as an alternate and appoint Dennis Anklam to attend tech committee meetings for the City of Saginaw Water System Committee. There being all ayes, the motion carried.
Treasurer Riley left the meeting at 5:20 p.m.
Public Comments:
Dolores Edwards, 2917 Harrison, spoke on the mulitiple people living in homes near her. Oatten explained that the Planning Commission had drafted an ordinance and it was currently before the Saginaw County Planning Commission. Edwards asked what she should do when there are cars parked on the street all night. Oatten advised her to call 911. Edwards asked if the property where ABO Tents was building would be landscaped. Response: Yes.

It was moved by Finazzi and supported by Stork to adjourn. There being all ayes, the meeting adjourned at 5:53 p.m.
