CARROLLTON TOWNSHIP BOARD PUBLIC HEARING 2005 LEVIES - SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS Monday, March 21, 2005

There being a full board, Supervisor Kozara called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
Public Hearings:
1. Trash Collection Operating/Maintenance Special Assessment District:
For fiscal year 2005-2006, the budgeted amount needed for expenditures, other uses and contingencies was $493,307. It would require a 2005 tax levy of $103.09 per housing unit.
Comments: None received
2. Fire Operating/Maintenance Special Assessment District:
For fiscal year 2005-2006, the budgeted amount needed for expenditures and other uses was $1,019,683. It would require a millage levy of 2.5 mills on the Taxable Value for real property.
Comments: None received.
3. Police Operating/Maintenance Special Assessment District:
For fiscal year 2005-2006, the budgeted amount needed for expenditures and other uses was $1,158,098. It would require a millage levy of 7.471 mills on the Taxable Value for real property.
Comments: Arthur Quinn, 2726 Hermansau asked questions about the police fund.
Recess:
It was moved by Stork and supported by Dalton to recess the meeting until Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 5:15 p.m. There being all ayes, the meeting recessed at 6:10 p.m.
